Rachel Gaunt is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of business and management experience. Her career in London and San Francisco has covered the board, from large multi nationals to start-ups, domestic and international, for profit and non-profit. Over the years she has managed both individuals and teams and worked with over 30 clients from dish soap to world peace.

Building on what she did best as a manager for two decades Rachel now coaches full time. CTI trained, her coaching draws on a strong business foundation but also gives rein to her intuitive skills and experience in training and psychological assessment. Innately skilled in coaching individuals towards success, she has a proven ability to pinpoint the issues and guide people along their own path of progress.
